In order to better innovate and improve the talent training system of economics and management colleges in urban agriculture and forestry universities.In this paper,the index weights of various levels are calculated according to the score of experts and obtains the students'satisfaction with the economic and management talent training system of urban agricultural and forestry universities through the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation operation.From the comprehensive evaluation of students'satisfaction with the economic and management talent training system in urban agricultural and forestry universities,students are basically satisfied with the talent training system.on the basis of comprehensively grasping the current situation of the talent training system and the existing problems in urban agricultural and forestry universities,it is proposed to formulate a characteristic talent training system,innovate the talent training mode and improve the talent training objectives.
