"三位一体"助教实习全流程培养模式对理工科人才培养的作用

研究生助教团队作为课程教学中不可或缺的重要组成部分,在保障量大面广的基础课程教学质量上扮演着关键角色.如何系统地引导和培养新入学研究生胜任课程助教岗位,进而构建一支有力的教学支持梯队,是一项重要的教学实践研究课题.如何全方位提升助教的教学能力、增强其教学责任感,并通过优化助教工作流程实现效能最大化,乃是保障高质量本科教学的关键要素.上海交通大学物理与天文学院通过构建"三位一体"助教教学实习模式,建立了学校-学院-任课教师三级协同培养实习方案,培养新入学研究生熟悉教育基本理念并熟练掌握助教工作基本技能,完成教学岗位准备;通过学院-任课教师联合指导,在实践中做到悉心指导研究生助教工作、督促研究生保质保量完成教学工作,以助教实习课程为依托形成每位助教完整的实习工作数据链;通过教学实践全过程对助教工作质量进行岗位考核评价.现已形成了完备的学校-学院-任课教师"三位一体"培养体系,建立了多方有效的沟通渠道和监督助教工作质量的反馈体系及助教评价方式.助教培养体系为本科生更好的学习大学物理提供了有效的保障,为大学物理教学保驾护航.该培养模式是在大学物理教学实践中顺势而生的新模式.通过该模式不仅可以提升大学物理教学质量,提高工科人才的物理学习效果,也给研究生助教自身发展提供了平台.
EFFECTS OF TEACHING-ASSISTANT ON SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING TALENTS AND EXPLORATION OF TEACHING-ASSISTANT COMPLETE TRAINING SCHEME
As an indispensable part of course teaching,the teaching assistant team composed of graduate students plays a key role in ensuring the teaching quality of a wide range of basic courses.How to systematically guide and train new graduate students to be qualified for teaching assistant positions,and then build a strong teaching support echelon,is an important research topic in teaching practice.How to improve the teaching ability of teaching assistants in all aspects,enhance their teaching responsibility,and maximize their effectiveness through optimizing the work flow of teaching assistants are the key elements to ensure high quality un-dergraduate teaching.Through the construction of the trinity teaching practice mode,the three-level collaborative training practice program of school college teacher is established to train graduate students to be familiar with the basic education concepts and master the basic skills of teaching assistants,and complete the teaching post preparation;through the joint guidance of the college and teachers,we can guide the teaching assistant work carefully and urge the graduate students to complete the quality and quantity in practice,through the whole process of teaching practice,the quality of teaching assistants is evaluated.It has formed a complete school-college-teacher Trinity training system,established effective communication channels,feedback systems to supervise the quality of teaching assistants and teaching assis-tant evaluation methods.It provides an effective guarantee for undergraduates to study college physics better and escort college physics teaching.This training mode is a new one in the prac-tice of college physics teaching.Through this mode,not only can the quality of university physics teaching be improved,the physics learning effect of engineering talents be improved,but also a platform for the development of graduate teaching assistants.
