EVALUATION OF TEACHING REFORM MEASURES AND IMPLEMENTATION EFFECTS TO ENHANCE TEACHERS'INFORMATIZATION TEACHING ABILITY
This paper aims to propose strategies and measures to help teachers enhance their information technology teaching abilities to meet the educational demands of the digital era.Through literature review and empirical research,the elements and importance of teachers'in-formation technology teaching abilities are identified,and enhancement strategies are pro-posed,including teacher training and support,school infrastructure and technical assistance,instructional design,innovation,etc.At the same time,the establishment of an evaluation and feedback mechanisms is discussed to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of enhan-cing teachers'information technology teaching abilities.The research analysis indicates that effective educational reform measures significantly improve teachers'information technology teaching capabilities,while promoting the improvement of students'academic performance and interest in learning.This study can guide educational authorities,school administrators,and teachers,promoting educational innovation and improvement,and fostering students with innovative thinking and lifelong learning capabilities.
