昆明理工大学开设物理学前沿讲座的教学改革实践

新工科建设需要大量具有创新能力、科技视野的高素质复合型人才.理工科院校作为人才培养的主要阵地,需要积极探索适合新时代人才培养的教学模式.以昆明理工大学为例,本文介绍了在大学物理教学中开设物理学前沿讲座的教学改革实践.通过建设具有鲜明科技特色的多元课程体系、改进教学模式和教学方法、加强过程化考核等多种形式开展的物理学前沿讲座,实现大学物理课程教育与科学素质教育、思政教育有效融合,为迅速推进新工科背景下的物理课程改革提供实践经验.
THE TEACHING REFORM IMPLEMENT OF FRONTIER LECTURES IN COLLEGE PHYSICS CARRIED OUT IN KUNMING UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The construction of new engineering education needs a large number of high-quality talents with innovative ability and scientific vision.As the main position for talents training,the universities of science or engineering should make great effort to explore the suitable teaching mode in the new era.Taking Kunming University of Science and Technology(KUST)as an example,the teaching reform implement of frontier lectures in college physics is briefly described in this paper.The frontier lectures in college physics are carried out with construction a multi-course system with distinctive scientific and technological characteristics,improvements of teaching model and method,and strengthening of process-based assessment.Implementation of the frontier lectures effectively integrates the college physics curriculum ed-ucation with scientific quality education,ideological and political education.Therefore,it pro-vides practical experience for the physics curriculum reforming under the background of new engineering education.
