一种可用于大学物理实验的开放式相变过程探究与相变潜热测量实验装置的探索

相变材料在我们生活中有着广泛的应用,学习和研究相变材料的热学特性具有重要的实际意义.然而,目前市面上测量相变材料热学特性的量热装置大都是在密封区间内进行的,学生并不能观察到完整的相变过程.同时,过于昂贵和复杂的仪器装置使得该类热学实验在教学实验中少有涉及.本文通过理论推导得到了相变材料的相变潜热和温差变化曲线与基线所围成的峰面积的关系式,并搭建了一种简易的开放式量热装置.该装置用珀尔贴板作为热源,利用半导体氧化锌铝薄膜的热电效应测量温度,通过数据采集卡和LABVIEW程序完整地记录相变过程的温度变化.本文实验以金属镓作为样品,标定得到参数hT=0.52(J/(K·S))以及 0.206~0.692g间 10 组不同质量的金属镓的相变潜热.该装置结构简单、操作便捷,可为研究相变材料的热学特性及大学物理实验等提供技术参考.
EXPLORATION OF AN OPEN EXPERIMENTAL DEVICE FOR PHASE TRANSITION PROCESS WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNIVERSITY PHYSICS EXPERIMENTS
Phase change materials are widely used in our lives,and it is of great practical sig-nificance to learn and study the thermal properties of phase change.However,at present,most of the calorimetric devices on the market to measure the thermal properties of phase change materials are carried out in the sealed interval,and students cannot observe the com-plete phase change process.At the same time,it is rarely covered in teaching experiments be-cause the instrumentation is too expensive and complex.In this paper,the relationship be-tween the latent heat of phase change and temperature difference curves of phase change mate-rials and the peak area enclosed by the baseline is obtained through theoretical derivation,and a simple open calorimetric device is constructed.The device uses the Peltier plate as the heat source,measures the temperature using the thermoelectric effect of the semiconductor zinc oxide film,and completely records the temperature change of the phase transition process through the data acquisition card and the LABVIEW program.In this paper,gallium metal was used as a sample,and the parameters hT=0.52(J/(K·S))and the latent heat of phase change of 10 groups of gallium metal of different masses between 0.206~0.692g were calibra-ted.The device has simple structure and convenient operation,which can provide technical reference for studying the thermal properties of phase change materials and university physics experiments.
