WHAT IS ETA PHYSICS PROBLEM SOLVING STRATEGY:THE UNIFICATION OF COMPETENCY-ORIENTED EDUCATION AND EXAM-ORIENTED EDUCATION
In order to find the way to unify competency-oriented education and exam-oriented education,we propose this ETA physics problem solving strategy originated from ETA physi-cal cognition model.This method not only achieves the unity of teaching,learning,testing,and research,but also overcomes the various drawbacks of"exam-oriented education",help-ing students achieve better test scores.
