The construction of pilot free trade zone is an important measure of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in our country.The evaluation research on regional logistics capacity of pilot free trade zone is helpful to evaluate the impact of the construction of pilot free trade zone on regional logistics capacity.Therefore,this paper takes China(Henan)Pilot Free Trade Zone as the research object,constructs the evaluation system of regional logistics capability of the free trade zone,uses factor analysis method to measure the development level of regional logistics capability of China(Henan)Pilot Free Trade Zone from 2011 to 2020 vertically,makes horizontal comparison with other non-free trade zone areas in the province,and finally analyzes the dynamic evolution of regional logistics capability of the pilot free trade zone.The research finds that the regional logistics capacity of China(Henan)Pilot Free Trade Zone has been significantly improved compared with the past,especially since the establishment of the pilot free trade zone in 2017,the improvement speed of the regional logistics capacity of each pilot free trade zone has been significantly accelerated.Based on this and the actual situation of the region,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to further promote the improvement of the regional logistics capacity of China(Henan)Pilot Free Trade Zone.
