With the development of digital rural construction and e-commerce in rural areas in China,rural logistics is in a new period of transformation to high-quality development.This paper uses the case analysis method to study the operation process and current situation of the rural logistics joint distribution mode in China under the digital economy,and finds that there are problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,backward infrastructure,and lack of sharing of distribution resources.In view of the above problems,proposes to set up a joint distribution management organization,strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure,build a logistics joint distribution alliance and other developmental suggestions,with a view to solving the problems of rural logistics joint distribution in China under the digital economy.
