The integration of industry and education can improve the construction of disciplines in universities and cultivate innovative and applied talents.This article investigates the core needs of graduate students through a questionnaire and identifies problems in the training process.Innovative exploration has been carried out on the joint training of graduate students,and a multi-party joint training system has been built through implementing multi synergy of"government,industry,university and research",optimizing the training program,constructing the tutor team and strengthening practical training.
