Rural logistics has problems such as high distribution cost and insufficient sinking power of express delivery.Based on this,this paper proposes a model of"collaborative distribution+crowdsourcing"and fully considers customers'time window needs.Firstly,the operation process of"collaborative distribution+crowdsourcing"model is designed.Secondly,constructs and solves a"collaborative distribution+crowdsourcing"vehicle routing model with time window.Finally,uses an example to verify the feasibility of the"collaborative distribution+crowdsourcing"model.It is found that,"collaborative distribution+crowdsourcing"mode can improve economic and environmental benefits.When enterprises only adopt collaborative distribution mode,they can save about 18.89%of distribution costs on average;when adopting"collaborative distribution+crowdsourcing"mode,the average cost savings of enterprises will be expanded to 36.42%.
