Logistics finance(supply chain finance)is becoming an effective tool to promote the stable and high-quality development of supply chain and industrial chain.Numerous provinces and cities have developed policies to encourage the growth of logistics finance.At present,Shaanxi Province is in the critical period of building a new highland of inland reform and opening up.The development of"China-Europe freight train Chang'an"is very fast,and the national logistics hubs of airport-type and business service-type in Xi'an have been approved by the nation.Therefore,it is time to vigorously develop logistics finance.This paper firstly analyzes the requirements of the high-quality development of logistics finance on quality,efficiency and driving force reforming,and summarizes the advanced experiences of the high-quality development of logistics finance in a few provinces and cities in China.On this basis,this paper analyzes the key problems existing in the development of logistics finance in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward suggestions to promote the high-quality development of logistics finance in Shaanxi Province.
