摘要

基于2007年、2012年和2017年多区域与全国投入产出表,采用CoDEA法从地区和部门两个层面对我国产业链供应链韧性进行了定量分析.研究发现,东部地区表现出较强的韧性;中部地区韧性近年来显著提升,而东北地区尽管面临经济转型的挑战,其韧性仍强于西部地区.同时,物流运输业是缩小地区间产业链供应链韧性差异的重要内生动力.部门层面的分析则揭示了我国高技术型产业相较于其他中低术型产业,在全球化竞争中仍然展现出一定的脆弱性和对外部因素的依赖性.

Abstract

Based on the multi-regional and national input-output tables for 2007,2012,and 2017,this paper selects the CoDEA method to conduct a quantitative analysis of the resilience of China's industrial and supply chains from both regional and sectoral perspectives.The research indicates that the eastern region exhibits strong resilience;the resilience of the central region has significantly improved in recent years,and despite facing challenges of economic transition,the resilience of the northeast region remains stronger than that of the western region.Meanwhile,the logistics and transportation sector is identified as a crucial endogenous force in narrowing the differences in industrial and supply chain resilience among regions.The analysis at the sectoral level reveals that China's high-tech industries,compared to other mid-end low-end technology industries,still demonstrate certain vulnerabilities and dependencies on external factors in the context of global competition.
