The western region is an important node of the"Belt and Road"initiative.As a core province in the western region,the development of Shaanxi Province's logistics industry is of great significance in promoting regional economic integration.The purpose of this paper is to deeply analyze the current situation of the development of logistics industry in Shaanxi Province,construct the evaluation index system of logistics cost efficiency in Shaanxi Province,analyze its cost efficiency from 2005 to 2022 by using the BCC model,and further analyze it by using the super-efficiency DEA model.The conclusion of the study shows that in the early stage of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the cost efficiency of logistics in Shaanxi Province is not high,and with the deepening of the initiative,its cost efficiency improves synchronously,with a fluctuating development in general.
