Port international transit service capability is a key factor to improve the comprehensive strength of ports in the process of the development of the global economic community.By analyzing the relevant factors affecting the competitiveness of international transit port,this paper establishes the evaluation index of international transit port competitiveness from the surrounding environment,self-development and human operation.Taking Xiamen Port,Shanghai Port and Kaohsiung Port as research objects,and proposes a TOPSIS hybrid model based on EW-AHP to obtain comprehensive weight results,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of international transit port by combining weight and ranking results.The results show that,the model has high accuracy and feasibility for the evaluation of the port's international transit capability.According to the calculation results of the model to sort the weights of the indicators,and the port's all-weather operation cost,management and service capability,operation capability and port intelligent development degree are of higher importance than other indicators.Moreover,the application of this model establish an international transit port competitiveness evaluation system provides an important reference value for experience sharing and complementary advantages.
