摘要

微流控系统因具有高集成度、高灵敏度以及高通量检测能力等优势,在微全分析系统、即时检验(POCT)等领域备受研究者关注,并在病毒流调筛查、疾病居家自测等大健康应用中崭露头角.在微流控系统中,微流体驱动是实现微流体输送和操控的关键步骤与核心技术,微流体驱动技术的改进和创新持续推动了微流控系统的应用和发展.从主动式驱动和被动式驱动两大方向详细介绍了各种微流体驱动技术的原理和进展,分析了其优缺点和应用场景,总结了微流体驱动技术的未来趋势与发展方向.

Abstract

Due to its advantages of high integration,high sensitivity and high-throughput detection ability,microfluidic system has attracted much attention from researchers in the fields of micro total analysis system and point-of-care testing(POCT),and has emerged in major health applications such as virus stream screening and disease home testing.In microfluidic system,microfluidic driving is the key step and core technology to realize microfluidic transport and control.The improvement and innovation of microfluidic driving technology continuously promotes the application and development of microfluidic system.The principle and progress of various microfluidic driving technologies are introduced in detail from the two directions of active driving and passive driving,their advantages and disadvantages and application scenarios are analyzed,and the future trend and development direction of microfluidic driving technology are summarized.
