Triboelectric Low-Frequency Vibration Energy Harvesting Device and Its Power Management Circuit
The triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)has significant advantages in harvesting low-frequency vibration energy,but there are also problems such as unstable output power and low energy utilization.Aiming at these problems,a triboelectric low-frequency vibration energy harvesting device and a power management circuit were designed.The vibration energy harvesting device is designed with a vibration shaft fixed to the shell,which can make the vibration block move up and down with a track during the vibration.At the same time,it is equipped with a spring,which makes the vibration effect of the vibration block more significant and increases the buffering effect.Through the designed power management circuit,the charging efficiency has been significantly improved.Especially when the capacitance is 3.3 μF,the charging efficiency is 2.5 times higher than that of the direct charging circuit.In addition,the designed circuit also shows a strong load capacity to meet the needs of continuous power supply of the temperature and humidity sensor.The device has great potential in the field of low-frequency vibration energy harvesting and TENG power management circuit design,which expands the practical application range of TENG.
