导电纤维是将导电材料混合在高分子材料中而纺制的化学纤维和其他纤维.导电纤维通过与编织技术的完美结合,不仅展现了出色的电学性能,也具备了优良的机械强度和可塑性.然而,传统导电纤维存在可穿戴性较差、传感灵敏度较低以及结构形式较为单一等技术问题.因此,制备兼顾上述缺陷的高灵敏度导电纤维材料成为柔性电子技术领域一个快速发展的研究方向.根据近几年国内外有关导电纤维的研究结果,对其分类、制备方法和应用进行了评述.
Development prospects and applications of conductive fiber
Conductive fibers are chemical and other fibers spun by mixing electrically conductive materials in polymer materials.Through the perfect combination of conductive fibers and weaving technology,they not only show excellent electrical properties,but also have excellent mechanical strength and plasticity.However,due to the traditional conductive fibers there are technical problems such as poor wearability,low sensing sensitivity,and a single structural form.Therefore,the preparation of highly sensitive conductive fiber materials that take into account the above defects has become a rapidly developing research direction in the field of flexible electronics technology.According to the research results about conductive fibers at home and abroad in recent years,their classification,preparation methods and applications are reviewed.
