地温传感器综合布线技术研究与应用

针对国家地面气象观测站中地温传感器在现场更换、维修及实验室计量检定时遇到的接线端口不匹配、接线复杂、穿线困难等问题,探索地温传感器合理的布线方法.在对地温传感器布线情况进行研究的基础上,提出并分析了将裁剪后的传感器电缆通过转接盒接至采集器的改进方法.随机选取5个不带航空头的地温传感器和5个带航空头的地温传感器,对各个地温传感器电缆裁剪前、裁剪5 m及裁剪完成后进行实验室校准,分析3组数据误差值变化情况及标准不确定度变化情况.结果显示,裁剪前后误差值变化不超过±0.05 ℃,标准不确定度变化不超过0.02 ℃,表明改进后的地温传感器,是否带有航空插头或裁剪长度多少,通过转接盒后的地温传感器观测性能均没有改变.
Research and application of integrated cabling technology for soil temperature sensor
There are some problems with soil temperature sensors of national automatic weather station during on-site replacement,maintenance,and laboratory calibration,such as mismatched wiring ports,complex wiring,and difficulty in threading.The paper explores a method of integrated cabing to solve these problems.On the basis of studying the layout of sensor wiring,the method is proposed and analysed that it crops the sensor cables to the uniform length and connects it to the collector through an adapter box.Firstly,5 sensors with aviation plug and 5 sensors without aviation plug are selected randomly.Then,these sersors are divided into three groups with original state,cropping off 5 meters and cropping to uniform length,and calibrate these sensors in laboratory.Finally,this paper analyses data deviation and standard uncertainty of these three sets data.The results show that the varying of data deviation is not exceed±0.05 ℃ after cropping,and the varying of standard uncertainty is not exceed 0.02 ℃.Therefore,the experiment can prove that the property of senor will not vary through improving wiring mode whether it has an aviation plug or the length of cropping.
