本文提出了一种基于钯(Pd)掺杂二氧化锡(SnO2)材料的甲烷传感器,该传感器在甲烷检测中展现出高选择性、强灵敏度和短响应时间等特点.通过湿浸法实现Pd对SnO2的有效掺杂,优化了传感器的气敏性能,并使用浸渍法制备铂(Pt)负载泡沫陶瓷作为过滤器,有效提高了传感器的选择性.研究表明,带有 Pt 负载泡沫陶瓷过滤器的甲烷传感器,显著提高了对甲烷气体的响应能力,并可有效区分甲烷与其他干扰气体.该传感器在煤矿安全和环境监测等领域具有潜在的应用价值,为解决甲烷检测中的选择性和灵敏度问题提供了新的解决方案.
Highly selective methane sensor based on Pd-doped SnO2
This paper introduces a methane sensor based on Pd-doped SnO2 material,which exhibits high selectivity,strong sensitivity and short response time in methane detection.The effective doping of Pd to SnO2 by wet immersion method is realized,and the gas sensing performance of the sensor is optimized.The impregnation method is used to prepare Pt loaded foam ceramics as filters,which effectively improved the selectivity of the sensor.The study shows that the methane sensor with Pt load foam ceramic filter not only significantly improves the response to methane gas,but also effectively distinguishes methane from other interfering gases.This sensor has potential application value in the fields of coal mine safety and environmental monitoring,and provides a new solution to solve the problem of selectivity and sensitivity in methane detection.
