针对现有雷达 T/R 组件自动测试系统组成复杂、成本高及通用仪表需求量大等问题,设计了一种以宽带数字收发为核心的高集成测试系统,集成雷达控制/记录、信号产生和信号接收等功能,可实现T/R组件的全参数测试,具有集成度高、自动测试效率高、仪表需求低等优势.通过开发自动校准验证软件和基于标准仪表的定期校准,保证了测试系统射频收发性能的准确性和稳定性.该测试系统对T/R组件的批量生产和调测效率提高具有重要意义.
Design of a highly integrated T/R module test system based on wideband digital transceivers
Traditional radar T/R module test system is complex,expensive and requires many general testing instruments,thus a highly integrated test system based on wideband digital transceivers is proposed to solve this problem.It features in an integrated solution of radar control,data recording,signal generation and signal receiving,etc.,and is capable of realizing the full parameter test of the T/R module.It has the advantages of high integration level,high efficient automatic test,and low requirements of testing instruments.The accuracy and stability of the new test system's radio frequency transceiver performance are ensured by automatic calibration and verification software with standard testing instruments.The proposed highly integrated test system is of a great significance to improve the efficiency of batch production and testing for T/R modules.
