Application of synergistic clinical and research competence training mode in clinical instruction of professional degree postgraduates
Objective:To investigate the effect of synergistic clinical and research competence training mode in clinical instruction of professional degree postgraduates.Methods:Forty-eight professional degree postgraduates undergoing clinical training in Department of Hematology in our hospital were recruited from January 2020 to September 2022,and randomly divided into control group and research group(n=24 for each group).Postgraduates in the control group received traditional clinical training mode in which clinical competence was trained only,while those in the research group was trained with synergistic clinical and research competence training mode.Teaching effects were evaluated by means of clinical competence and teaching outcomes.Results:There was no statistical difference between two groups in clinical competence scores(P>0.05).Postgraduates in the research group had higher satisfaction with improving research and innovation ability,improving research thinking ability,improving paper writing ability and stimulating learning interest than those in control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with teaching in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Synergistic clinical and research competence training mode has better effect in clinical instruction for professional degree postgraduates and they have higher satisfaction and greater interest in scientific research.The mode can be further applied in the clinical instruction for professional degree postgraduates.
