Application of interactive teaching mode in experiment and probation instruction of curriculum Clinical Immunology Laboratory Testing
Objective:To observe the application effect of interactive teaching mode in instruction of the experimentation and probation of the curriculum Clinical Immunology Laboratory Testing.Methods:Fifty-five undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology,enrolled in our college in 2018,and another 75 enrolled in 2019,were respectively included in control group and observational group.The former received traditional teaching,and the latter were given interactive teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared regarding the scores of professional knowledge test(PKT),1aboratory skill test(LST)and questionnaire after the course.Results:Thetotal score,the mean PKT and LST scores of the observational group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent rate of LST of the observational group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction towards the teaching(rich teaching content,increased learning interest,and improved team collaboration ability)was higher in the observational group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interactive teaching mode can not only enrich the teaching content,increases students'PKT score and improves their learning initiative,but also raise the operation ability and perception of the importance of clinical knowledge.Therefore,this teaching mode can effectively promote the experiment and probation teaching reform of the curriculum Clinical Immunology Laboratory Testing.
