采用气浮+AO工艺处理机械加工及相关过程中产生废水.工程设计规模为300 m3/d, 经过运行数据的检测, 表明该工艺处理效果良好, 出水COD≤100 mg/L, BOD5≤20 mg/L, NH3-N-≤15 mg/L, SS≤70 mg/L, TP≤0.5 mg/L, pH值69, 出水水质优于设计指标的要求.
The process of air floatation and AO was used to treat the wastewater from mechanical processing and related processes. The project design scale was 300 m3/d. The running data showed that the process was effective and the parameters of effluent were CODcr≤ 100 mg/L, BOD5≤20 mg/L, NH3-N-≤15 mg/L, SS≤70 mg/L, TP≤0. 5 mg/L, and pH 6 ~ 9, respectively.So the treated effluent guaeity was better than the design requriements.
