建立了液液萃取气相色谱法测定地表水中三氯乙醛的方法.用盐酸调节水样pH值至5左右, 用甲苯萃取水样中三氯乙醛, 用气相色谱仪进行检测.该方法操作简单、精密度和准确度好, 检出限低, 测定结果令人满意, 适用于地表水中三氯乙醛的检测.
A method for the determination of trichloro acetaldehyde in surface water by using liquid liquid extraction-gas chromatography was developed. The p H value of water sample was adjusted to 5 with hydrochloric acid, chloral was extracted by toluene and then detected by gas chromatograph. The method had the advantages of simple operation, good precision and accuracy, low detection limit and satisfactory results. The method was suitable for the determination of chloral in surface water.
