空气和废气中异丙醇的测定方法探讨

异丙醇作为一种重要的有机溶剂和化工原料在化工生产中广泛使用, 沸点较低, 有一定的毒性, 能对环境和人体健康造成一定的影响.中国现阶段尚无空气和废气中异丙醇监测分析的国家标准方法, 相应的环境质量标准及排放标准也没有明确的规定.该方法采用顶空/气相色谱法测定空气和废气中异丙醇的浓度, 方法最低检出浓度为0.03 mg/L, 无溶剂污染, 不受甲醇、乙醇、丙酮等物质的干扰, 结果准确可靠, 操作快捷方便, 在日常监测分析中有很好的适用性.
Isopropyl alcohol as the solvent is widely used in chemical industry and laboratory, but at present, the monitoring and analysis method of isopropyl alcohol in air and waste gas in China has not been clearly defined. In this study, the concentration of isopropyl alcohol in air and exhaust gas was determined by head space gas chromatography. The minimum detectable concentration was 0. 03 mg/L, and no solvent pollution, and the results were accurate and easy to operate.
