建立了微波消解土壤, 原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中锡的方法, 以硝酸、氢氟酸和双氧水为消解体系, 消解温度为180℃.用GSS一5环境土壤标准样品对本方法精密度和准确度进行实验, 测定结果准确可靠, 结果令人满意.该方法操作简单快速、酸试剂用量少, 具有较好的精密度和准确度, 检出限低, 适用于土壤中样品痕量锡的测定.
A method for the determination of tin in soil by using microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The digestion temperature of nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide was 180℃. The precision and accuracy of this method were tested with GSS 5 environmental soil standard samples. The results were accurate, reliable and also satisfactory. This method was simple and fast, with less acid reagents, good precision and accuracy as well as low detection limit. This method was suitable for the determination of Trace Tin in soil samples.
