Taking the year of 2015 as an example, this paper summarizes the construction and calculation process of the green development evaluation index system of Taizhou City, and analyzes the results of resource consumption index, environmental damage index and ecological benefit index, and put forward policy recommendations on the civilize construction of ecological stability and the promotion of the level of green development of the City.
