A Project Case of Almond Processing Wastewater Treatment

采用微电解 + 生化及过滤组合工艺处理杏仁加工废水.工程设计规模为 50m3/d, 运行结果表明, 该工艺处理效果良好,出水 COD≤ 100 mg/L,NH3-N-≤15 mg/L,SS≤70 mg/L,总氰化物≤0. 5 mg/L,pH 值 6 ~ 9,出水水质优于设计指标的要求.
The almond processing wastewater was treated by micro-electrolysis, biochemistry and filtration combined process. The project design scale is 50m3/d for concentrated acid wastewater. The operation result shows that the process is effective and the effluent parameters are good COD≤100 mg/L, NH3-N-≤15 mg/L, SS≤70 mg/L, CN-≤0. 5mg/L, PH value 6 ~ 9, so the effluent quality is better than the design index.
