Study on the Flue Spray Process of Zero-draining in Limestone-Gypsum Desulfurization Wastewater from Coal-fired Power Plant
Limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization in coal-fired power plant waste water through neutralization, precipitation, flocculation, enrichment, clarification, still have the features such as high salt content, strong corrosion resistance and the limited recycling approach, which can't meet the requirements of the desulfurization waste water"Zero-draining". This paper mainly introduces flue spray process used in domestic power plant desulfurization wastewater zero-draining technology. This process mainly includes pretreatment and softening, waste water concentration and desalting (fiber filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis processing) and flue gas waste heat evaporation crystallization (flue spraying) technology, and then put forward the flue spray technology's influence on the desulfurization device. This process is a low-cost zero emissions technology.
