Study on microorganism screening and decolouration efficiency of reactive dye wastewater treatment
This study mainly investigated about the decolouration efficiency of the five strains which were selected and purified from halophilic or salt-resistant strains in the soil of Guilin Ocean Coast of Haikou. And, the influences of various factors on decolouration of reactive dyes wastewater were discussed. The results showed that the four mixed bacteria purified from Guilin Ocean Coast could play the best decolouration effect on reactive dyes wastewater under the conditions of 30-35℃, 6-8 p H value and 50-200 mg/L initial reactive dye concentration. It was proved that the mixed bacteria could effectively reduce the chromaticity in the actual reactive dye wastewater.
