Study on gentamicin sulphate Wastewater treatment project by using the CLR anaerobic reactor
In this paper, wastewater treatment of pharmaceutical factory was conducted. The characteristics of anaerobic process on the treatment of Gentamicin sulfate wastewater were studied. The startup characteristics and operation influencing factors of the three devices were studied respectively. The calcium deposition in the process of Gentamicin sulfate treatment was studied. The deposition of calcium ion in the reactor was studied under different pre-acidification conditions. The main conclusions were as follows:The COD removal rate was up to 70%, the VLR of COD was 5. 5 kg COD/ (m3·d) and the COD of effluent was about 3000 mg/L in the process of CLR reactor treating Gentamicin sulfate wastewater. In order to minimize the deposition of calcium ions in the reactor, the pre-acidification degree of influent should be controlled. When the influent preacidification degree was 20%, the amount of calcium ion precipitation was relatively small.
