农药生产过程污染的防治研究与实践 (以戊唑醇为例)

文中先详细研究和介绍农药产品戊唑醇生产过程中的废水、废气、废渣等污染物的产生过程, 之后通过采取先进生产工艺、先进的设备、清洁生产、循环经济等措施, 减少了三废的产生量, 提高了项目污染防治措施的可行性, 最后总结了农药化工项目"三废"特点及污染防治中需要注意的事项.
The practice and Study on the Pollution prevention and Control of chemical pesticides Production process (to take Tebuconazole as an example)
In this paper, it is introduced that the waste water, waste gas, waste residue and other pollutants in the production process of the pesticide products are produced. Then, with taking measures such as advanced production technology, advanced equipment, clean production and recycling economy, the production of three wastes is reduced, and the feasibility of the pollution prevention is improved. Finally, the characteristics of three wastes in pesticide and chemical projects are summarized and actions paying attention to pollution prevention and control are concluded.
