With the phenomenon of urban garbage siege increasingly serious, compact treatment of Venous Industrial Park is an effective solution to this problem, gradually become the main mode of urban waste treatment in the future. However, it is still in the developing stage in China, the actual operation still needs further improvement. Based on the analysis of the problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the planning, design and operation management, it has a positive significance to expand the Industrial Park positive benefits.
