Environmental impact assessment technology evaluation as the first level of EIA approval, the technical review of the EIA document is particularly important. By analyzing the main content and existing problems of the technical evaluation, the paper puts forward the means to expand the information channel and innovate the technical evaluation in the future; to strengthen expert management and to improve the quality of technical evaluation; to adapt to the reform request based on the evaluation mechanism construction, with a view to better environmental impact assessment and approval services.
