新疆地区某印染工业园混合废水处理及再生利用工程

园区综合印染废水水量大、有机物含量高、成分复杂多变, 属较难降解工业废水.采用"调节+折板式厌氧水解+A/O生化"组合工艺进行废水处理, "臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+超滤+反渗透+电渗析"组合工艺进行深度处理及再生利用;采用MVR工艺对系统浓水进行蒸发结晶.运行结果表明, 整个工艺处理效果稳定可靠、抗冲击负荷能力强, 出水能稳定达到排放标准, 回用水完全满足上游企业用水要求.
The mixed dyeing wastewater was a refractory industrial wastewater due to its large amount, high content of organics and complex composition. The combined process of regulating, ABR and A/O was applied to treat this wastewater. The integrated process of ozonation, BAF, UF, RO and electrodialysis was used to reuse secondary effluent. MVR technology was applied to evaporative crystallization of concentrated water. The running results indicated that the whole process had steady treatment effect and strong resistance to lack loading. The effluent quality could meet the requirements of emission standards, and reuse water quality could fully satisfied the requirements of upstream enterprise.
