快速烘箱法与经典回流法测定水中化学需氧量对比研究

采用快速烘箱法与经典回流法分别对低浓度标准样品、高浓度标准样品、国、省控断面环境样品及污水处理厂进出口水样进行化学需氧量测定比对分析.结果表明, 快速烘箱法获得数据与经典回流法具有相同的准确度和精密度, 当每批次分析样品数量多, 操作程序及成本优于经典回流法, 快速烘箱法在实验室日常例行样品的测定分析中更实用.
Comparativestudy on fast oven method and classical reflux method of chemical oxygen demand determination in water
In this paper, the chemical oxygen demand of low concentration standard sample, high concentration standard sample, environment sample of national and provincial control section and import and export water sample of sewage treatment plant were measured and analyzed by fast oven method and classical reflux method respectively. Results showed that the data obtained by the fast oven method had the same accuracy and precision as the classical reflux method. When the number of samples per batch was large, the operating procedure and cost of fast oven method were superior to the classical reflux method.
