合肥某电厂75t/h和130t/h循环流化床锅炉节能环保升级技术主要从烟气脱硝、脱硫、除尘以及烟囱烟气脱白方面进行提效改造, 使烟囱出口烟气烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度分别不高于4. 5、30、45mg/Nm3 (标态, 干基, 6%氧).脱硝改造技术采用SNCR脱硝增容优化+SCR脱硝 (增加一层SCR, 含催化剂) +COA低温脱硝技术;除尘脱硫改造技术采用预电除尘+循环流化床法烟气脱硫除尘一体化 (配布袋除尘器);烟气脱白治理采用增加烟气换热器提高烟囱出口烟气温度, 达到烟气消白的目的.

The energy conservation and environmental protection upgrading technology of 75 t/h and 130 t/h CFB boilers in a Hefei power plant is mainly improved from the aspects of flue gas denitrification, desulphurization, dust separator, and flue gas dewhitening. The discharge concentrations of dust, SO2 and NOxfrom chimneys are not higher than 4. 5, 30, and 45 mg/Nm3 (State, Dry, 6% O2). The denitrification technology uses SNCR + SCR (adding a layer of SCR) + COA low-temperature denitrification technology; The desulphurization and dust separator integration technology adopt pre-electric dedusting + circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization and dust separator ( with bag filter); By increasing the flue gas heat exchanger to increase the flue gas temperature at the exit of the chimney, the purpose of flue gas dewhitening is achieved.
