投加硅藻土对A/O-MBR运行性能的影响

试验研究比较了在相同的进水和运行条件下, 反应器1 (未投加硅藻土) 和反应器2 (投加硅藻土, 使其质量浓度达到1 g/L) 的运行性能和膜污染的影响, 并分析了硅藻土可以提高膜过滤性能的相关机理.试验结果表明: (1) 投加硅藻土能有效提高反应器出水水质; (2) 投加硅藻土改变了混合液的性质, 从而减缓了膜通量的下降速度, 可以使系统长时间地以相对高的膜通量运行.
Effect ofdosing Kieselguhr on operational performances of A/O-MBR
Under the same feed and operating conditions, membrane permeability and the removal effect of contaminant in the reactor one ( not dosing Kieselguhr) and reactor two ( dosing 1 g/L Kieselguhr) were studied and compared. Moreover, the mechanism that Kieselguhr enhance the membrane permeability was analyzed. It was found that dosing Kieselguhr could improve the effluent water quality, And the results also showed that dosing Kieselguhr changed the characteristics of the sludge mixed liquor and increase sludge particle size in MBR, which led to less trans-membrane pressure developing.
