文中建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法测定地表水中甲基对硫磷的方法.实验表明, 甲基对硫磷在0. 0060. 0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系, 检出限均为0. 05μg/L, 7次测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%, 方法加标回收率在94. 9%103. 7%间.该方法操作简便快速, 有机试剂用量少, 检出限低, 方法重现性和加标回收率较好, 能满足地表水中痕量甲基对硫磷的分析要求.
Determination of methyl parathion in surface water by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography
A method for determination of methyl parathion in surface water by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography has been established. The experimental results show that Parathion-methyl has a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 00 ~ 60.0 μg/L. The detection limit is 0. 05 ug/L and the relative standard deviation of the 7 times measurement results is less than 2%.The recovery rate of the method is 94. 9% to 103. 7%. The method is simple and rapid, with less organic reagents, low detection limit, reproducibility and recovery rate, which can meet the analysis requirements of trace Parathion-methyl in surface water.
