Determination of hexachlorobutadiene in surface water by Purge and trap gas chromatography
A purge-trap gas chromatographic method for the determination of hexachlorobutadiene in surface water was established and the purge conditions were optimized. Under the optimized experimental conditions, Hexachlorobutadiene has a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 00 to 50. 0 μg/L, the detection limit of the method is 0. 02 μg/L, the relative standard deviation of7 times is less than 3% and the average recovery rate is between 93. 8% to 102. 8%. This method has better precision and accuracy.Complex pretreatment processes such as solvent extraction is avoided in the processes of operation. The detection limit is low, the precision and accuracy of the results are good. It is suitable for the analysis and determination of Hexachlorobutadiene in surface water.
