微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的总铬

试验采用微波消解前处理土壤样品, 消解液加5 mL 10%NH4CL并定容至50 mL, 火焰原子吸收分光光度计进行检测, 测定土壤中的总铬.结果表明, 对比常规的电热板消解法, 微波消解法测定Cr的相对误差为1. 0%左右, 相对标准偏差为2. 0%4. 0%;电热板消解法的相对误差为2. 0%4. 0%, 相对标准偏差4. 0%7. 0%.微波消解法快速简便并有较高准确度和精确度, 值得推广和应用.
Study on the determination of total Chromium in soil bymicrowave acid digestion method-flame atomic absorption spectrometry
In this experiment, total Chromium in soil is determined by microwave acid digestion method, then join 5 mL 10%NH4CL and constant volume to 50 mL. The digestion is tested by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that compared with the electric hot plate digestion, the relative error of microwave acid digestion was about 1. 0% and the relative standard deviation was 2. 0% ~ 4. 0%. The relative error of the electric hot plate digestion was 2. 0% ~ 4. 0% and the relative standard deviation was 4. 0% ~ 7. 0%. Microwave digestion method is simple and quick and has high accuracy and precision, it is worth promoting and application.
