场地环境初步调查及评估方法探究——以江苏省某化工企业原址地块为例

文中以某化工企业原厂区地块为研究对象,在对该企业资料收集和现场勘查的基础上对场地潜在污染区进行了划分,并对污染源和主要污染物进行初步识别,在场地和周边地块共设置了 20 个土壤监测点、 6 个地下水监测点取样检测分析重金属、 VOCs 和 SVOCs 含量.研究结果表明, 该地块重金属因子砷和铜占标率高于对照地块值, 占标率分别为 18. 83% 和 0. 14%; VOCs 地块中检测出 16 项因子,监测点 SQ3(0 ~ 50 cm) 苯检出值超过标准值, 占标率为 244. 3%; SVOCs地块中检测出 9 项,其中因子为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基) 酯占标率最高, 值为 45. 3%.并提出对初步筛选出的具有高风险区域 SQ3 周边,需进行详细场地环境调查和风险评估的要求.
Preliminary investigation and evaluation method of site environment—taking the original site of a chemical enterprise in Jiangsu province as an example
This paper takes the plot of the original plant area of a chemical enterprise as the research object, and divides the potential pollution area of the site on the basis of the data collection and site survey of the enterprise, and preliminary identification of the pollution source and main pollutants, in the site and surrounding areas. A total of 20 soil monitoring points and 6 groundwater monitoring points were set up to analyze the analysis of heavy metals, VOCs and SVOCs. The results showed that the standard rates of arsenic and copper in the massif were higher than those of the control massif, and the standard rates were 18. 83% and 0. 14%, 16 factors were detected in VOCs block, and the detection value of SQ3 (0 ~ 50cm) benzene was more than the standard value, the standard rate was 244. 3%, and 9 of the SVOCs massif were detected, among which, the factor was phthalic two formic acid two (2- Ethyl hexyl ester (ethyl hexyl) ester has the highest standard rate, and the value is 45. 3%. It also puts forward the requirement of detailed site environmental investigation and risk assessment for the initial screening of SQ3 with high risk area.
