离子色谱法和离子选择电极法测定地表水中氟化物的比较

文中采用离子色谱法和离子选择电极法测定地表水中的氟化物, 两种方法均能达到较好的准确度、 精密度和加标回收率.该次实验结果表明,离子色谱法和离子选择电极法对标样测定相对误差均小于 2. 0%, 对实际试样测定的相对标准偏差均小于 1. 0%,加标回收率满足 90% ~ 110% 的要求,两种方法的测定结果无显著性差别, 如果对于地表水这类较为清洁的水样,离子色谱法直接过滤进样,更方便快捷.
In this paper, ion chromatography and ion selective electrode method were used to determine fluoride in surface water. Both methods achieved better accuracy、precision and recovery rate. The experimental results show that the relative error of the ion chromatography and the ion selective electrode method for the sample determination is less than 2. 0 %, the relative standard deviation for the actual sample determination is less than 1. 0 %, and the standard recovery rate meets the requirements of 90 %-110%. There is no significant difference in the determination results of the two methods. If the surface water is a relatively clean water sample, ion chromatography method directly filters the sample, which is easier and faster.
