泰州市不同功能区空气微生物浓度时间分布特征研究

Study ontemporal distribution of air microbial concentration in different functional areas of Taizhou

该研究利用细菌、 真菌培养基,采用 Andersen FA-1 型 6 级空气微生物取样器采集空气微生物样品, 分析泰州市四个功能区空气微生物浓度时间分布特征.结果表明,各功能区无论细菌、 真菌还是空气微生物总数, 均于一天中的中午处于最低浓度水平; 一年中各功能区空气细菌浓度均在 1 月份达到了最低值, 在 4 月份达到了各自浓度最高值, 空气真菌浓度和空气微生物总数均在 9 月份达到最高值,且全年分布呈波浪型走势.
In this study, the air microorganism samples were collected through Andersen six stages sampler by using bacteria and fungi culture medium, and the time distribution characteristics of air microbial concentration of four functional areas in Taizhou were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of bacteria, fungi and total number of air microbes of each functional area reached the lowest level at noon of a day; the concentration of bacteria in each functional region reached the lowest level in January and the highest level in April, however, the concentration of fungi and the total number of air microbes reached the highest level in September, and the annual distribution presented the wave pattern trend.
