气相色谱法测定地表水中痕量溴氰菊酯

Determination of trace deltamethrin in surface water by gas chromatography

文中采用固相萃取法富集水样,萃取液经氮气吹扫浓缩后用气相色谱仪对地表水样中溴氰菊酯进行了定量测定,并针对影响回收率的因素进行了试验,确定固相萃取柱和洗脱溶剂.实验表明, 该方法操作简便快速, 灵敏度高, 检出限低,有机试剂用量少,测定结果准确可靠,能满足地表水中痕量溴氰菊酯的分析要求.
In this paper, solid phase extraction (SPE) was used to enrich water samples. The extraction solution was purged and concentrated by nitrogen and then quantitatively determined by gas chromatography. The factors affecting the recovery rate were tested to determine the solid phase extraction column and eluting solvent. Experiments show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive, low detection limit, less organic reagent consumption, accurate and reliable, and can meet the analysis requirements of trace deltamethrin in surface water.
