延安污水厂与交口河污水处理车间污泥中Zn、Cr、Ni的总量分析

文中以延安市污水处理厂和延安市交口河污水处理车间的污泥为研究对象,采用微波消解法对污泥样品进行处理,以原子吸收分光光度法测定污泥中重金属 Cr、 Ni、 Zn 的含量.结果表明, 同一污泥中的不同重金属含量存在很大差异,延安污水处理厂经处理排放的污泥中 3 种重金属元素总量由高到低的顺序是 Zn > Ni > Cr, Zn 的含量为 72. 68 mg/ kg,Ni 的含量为 33. 70 mg/kg,Cr 未检出,各元素的含量均符合污泥农用控制标准; 交口河污水处理车间经处理排放的污泥中 3 种重金属元素总量由高到低的顺序是 Cr > Zn > Ni,Cr 的含量为 2 133. 36 mg/kg,Zn 的含量为 97. 42 mg/kg,Ni 未检出,除 Cr 严重超标,其余各元素均符合污泥农用控制标准.污泥中的有害重金属元素对人体和自然环境造成严重的危害, 文中针对上述情况,提出了相关的治理措施和建议.
Total amount analysis of Zn、 Cr、 Ni in sewage treatment plant sludge in yanan sewage plant and Jiaokou river
This research mainly focuses on the information from Yan''an Segewa Plant and Yan''an Jiaokou Segewa Plant, through atomic absorption spectrophotometry, to study the heavy metal quantity of Cr, Ni, and Zn in filthy mud. The result shows that there are big quantity differences between the different heavy metal in the same kind filthy mud. The heavy metal quantity sequence in Yan''an sewage treatment plant from high to low is Zn > Ni > Cr, and among them, the quantity of Zn is 72. 68 mg/kg, Ni is 33. 70 mg/kg,and Cr is unknown. The quantities of each element are all within the control range of farming filthy mud. The order of heavy metal quantity in JiaoKouhe, Luochuan County, from high to low, is Cr > Zn > Ni, and separately, the quantity of Cr is 2133. 36 mg/kg,Zn is 97. 42 mg/kg,and Ni is unknown. The quantity of each heavy metal is within the range of farming control except Cr which is seriously over proof. As is shown, the heavy metal has caused terrible damages to the health of human beings and the environment. In this thesis, based on the above illustration, some relevant measures and suggestions of curbing pollution would be proposed.
