根据回弹-超声综合法检测混凝土强度规程,利用现场混凝土靶的回弹值、超声速度值的数据,建立了回弹-超声综合法测强曲线模型,并编写了数值求解软件。使用现场试验数据,对曲线模型进行了对比试验,获得比较可靠的混凝土靶强度结果,误差在10%以内。证明了回弹-超声综合法测量混凝土靶强度的可行性。
Non-Destructive Testing Technology of Compressive Strength of Concrete Targets
According to rebound-ultrasound procedures combined method of concrete strength, a reboundultrasonic integrated model of strength curve was established by using on-site concrete targets rebound value and ultrasonic velocity data. Numerical software was written to make comparative experiment to curve model with field experimental data and to obtain more reliable strength results of concrete targets. Error of less than 10% was obtained, proving the feasibility of measuring concrete targets with rebound ultrasonic.
