摘要

主要介绍了 GB/T 41655-2022《无损检测超声检测焊接、轧制和爆炸复合覆层检测技术》中规定的超声检测工艺方法.重点介绍了超声检测系统中探头的选择,双晶聚焦直(斜)探头焦区的测定,检测用试块的设计及灵敏度的设定、检测范围等.

Abstract

The process methods of ultrasonic testing specified GB/T 41655-2022《Non-destructive testing—Ultrasonic testing—Technique of testing claddings produced by welding,rolling and explosion》were introduced.The selection of probes in ultrasonic testing system,the determination of focus area of double crystal focusing normal(angle)probe,the design of testing block,the setting of sensitivity and testing range were emphatically introduced.The Operability of the standard is introduced to provide reference for the establishment of procedures and practical operation of testers.
