基于超声检测的管道壁厚在线监测系统

以超声检测技术为基础的油气管道壁厚在线监测技术,对降低人力监测成本,提高油气管道减薄及失效的早期预警能力有重要意义.基于超声反射法设计了一套具有多通道的高精度超声管道壁厚在线监测系统,并在不同的试验温度下进行多壁厚在线监测试验,最后对结果进行分析校正,得到修正方程和修正模型.试验结果表明,采用所提数据拟合修正方法,管道壁厚超声检测的绝对误差在±0.04 mm内,相对误差在1%内,实现了油气管道壁厚的高精度监测.
Online monitoring system for pipeline wall thickness based on ultrasonic testing
The online monitoring technology of oil and gas pipeline wall thickness based on ultrasonic testing technology is of great significance in reducing human monitoring costs and improving the early warning ability of oil and gas pipeline thinning and failure.A high-precision ultrasonic pipeline wall thickness online monitoring system with multiple channels was designed based on the ultrasonic reflection method.Multiple wall thickness online monitoring experiments were conducted at different test temperatures,and the results were analyzed and corrected to obtain the correction equation and model.The experimental results showed that the proposed data fitting correction scheme achieved an absolute error of±0.04 mm and a relative error of 1%for ultrasonic thickness measurement of pipeline wall thickness,achieving high-precision monitoring of oil and gas pipeline wall thickness.
