摘要

为探究飞机液压导管裂纹故障的产生原因,运用宏观与微观的断口检查失效分析方法,将构件宏观失效分析与其失效微观形貌、材料微观组织密切关联起来,分析了飞机液压导管断区形貌的特征,查明了导致断裂的机理,结合液压导管的制造装配特点和疲劳应力情况,查出了断裂的根本原因.通过理论分析与试验,提出了导管裂纹故障的超声表面波原位检测方法,该方法充分考虑了导管内液压油、装配及遮挡等多种因素的影响.最后进行了检测试验验证,结果表明该方法能够实现导管平管嘴根部缺陷和喇叭口根部缺陷的原位检测,满足在役检测的要求.

Abstract

In order to study the cause of crack faults of aircraft hydraulic conduits,the macroscopic failure analysis of component was closely connected to its failure microscopic morphology and material microstructure by using macroscopic and microscopic fracture inspection failure analysis methods.The characteristics of fracture zone morphology of aircraft hydraulic conduit were analyzed,the mechanism of fracture was found out,and the root cause of fracture was found out in combination with the manufacturing and assembly characteristics and fatigue stress of hydraulic conduit.Through theoretical analysis and experiments,an ultrasonic surface wave in-situ detection method for conduit crack faults was proposed.This method fully considered the influence of various factors such as hydraulic oil,assembly,and shielding inside the conduit.Through inspection experiments,it was verified that this method can achieve in-situ detection of flat nozzle root defects and bell mouth root defects,meeting the requirements of in-service inspection.
